You can use the “Forgot password” function when logging on to either reset or change your password. .

You will find another way of changing the password described in chapter “ Security – Change Password ”.

 

  1. Clicking on the “Forgot password?” button will open the dialog.

  2. Enter your username in the field.




  3. A click on the “Send” button causes an e-mail to be sent to the address maintained for you in the system. The dialog will prompt you to check your inbox and to continue with the process by following the instructions in the received e-mail. You can close your browser/browser tab. 

    Note: 
    • After submission, the system will check whether your username is actually registered in the system. If that is not the case, you will be notified in the dialog.
     
    • If you can’t see an e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder or contact your in-house IT administrator.

    • Your current password will be retained in the system after the submission of the “Reset password” request, allowing you to abort the operation if desired.  


  4. Open the e-mail with subject “Reset 4ALLPORTAL password”
    (subject text may differ).

  5. A click on the “Reset password” button will open the browser to continue the operation.

  6. Enter your new password into both fields. Take into account the formatting instructions provided by the system (Password Policy), which you can access via the tooltip when you hover the cursor over the “Info” icon.

    The system immediately checks the entry against the Password Policy requirements. Correct entries will be confirmed by a green tick and incorrect entries identified by a red X in the respective input field.

    Note: It is possible to enter the password into the “Repeat new password” field by copying from the “New password” field and pasting.

    Passwords may include the following UTF-8 Unicode characters only: SPACE!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[¿ß\]^_`{|}~¡¢£¤¥¦§¨©ª«¬®¯°±²³´µ¶·¸¹º»¼½¾¿ÀÁÂÃÄÅÆÇÈÉÊËÌÍÎÏÐÑÒÓÔÕÖרÙÚÛÜÝÞßàáâãäåæçèéêëìíîïðñòóôõö÷øùúûüýþÿ



     


  7. Click on the “Save new password” button to execute the change.




  8. Clicking on the “Next to application” button will log you on to the 4ALLPORTAL.
