Login

Once you open your 4ALLPORTAL Digital Asset Management system, you will be directed to the login page.

You will need your personal login credentials, which consist of your username and password. You can use them to log in to the DAM. Your company’s IT administrator or project manager should send you your login credentials when the DAM is implemented at your company.

Directory services: If your company uses a central directory service like Microsoft Active Directory, you can log in using the same login credentials you use for your workplace computer. If the directory service also offers a "single sign-on" function, you will be logged in automatically when you open the DAM.

1. Change Language

Click the "Globe" icon to change the language of the login page as well as the entire user interface.

Note: English is set as the default language when the system is first opened.

2. Username

Enter your username into the input field.

3. Password

Enter your password into the input field.

4. Save credentials

Tick the checkbox if you want to save your login credentials for future logins.

Your saved login credentials will be deleted if you delete your browser history and cookies.

5. Log in

After entering your login credentials, you can click this button to log in to the 4ALLPORTAL.

6. Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the "Forgot password" function to reset it.
