History

The history provides you with an overview of all the objects you have used from every module.

1. Opening and Closing

Click the “Clock” icon to open or close the sidebar with the history.

The history lists the objects you have used in chronological order, such as collections, files, or contacts. The date shown indicates the last time you opened an object in the detail view. Use your mouse wheel to scroll down through the entire list to view all the entries.

Tips:

• Downloads are not included in the history. This is covered by function Usage history.
• Deleted objects will no longer figure in the history.
• Der Verlauf kann nicht geleert werden. Er zeigt alle durch den Benutzer geöffneten Objekte, ausgenommen aus dem 4ALLPORTAL gelöschte Objekte. Den Verlauf kann nur ein Administrator über das Löschen von Einträgen in der Datenbank durchführen.

3. Quick Access

Double-click an entry to display the object in the detail view.

4. Delete History

A click on the “Delete” icon in the header area will delete the entire history list.

Or you can delete individual history objects from the list by clicking on the “Delete” icon next each of those objects.
