User Menu – PowerPoint Plugin

The User menu is where you can check whether – and with which user – you are signed into the 4ALLPORTAL DAM. You can switch between 4ALLPORTAL users via this menu.

1. Close the PowerPoint plugin.
   
   
2. Open the User menu.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You can see whether – and with which user – you are signed in under “Signed in as:”
   
   
4. Click on the “Enter/Change” button if you would like to sign in or change user.
   
   
5. Enter the 4ALLPORTAL access details (user name and password) of the relevant user in the sign-in window and confirm with “OK”.
   
   
   
   
6. You can see which user you are signed into the DAM with under “Signed in as:”.
   
   
7. Save the entry and close the User menu using the “Save” button.
   
   
8. Launch the PowerPoint plugin.
