You need a review and approval of retouched images by marketing staff. You create an approval package. The image material is assigned to the package and the relevant employees are invited as participants. 



Creating an approval package

The participants receive an email invitation leading them to the approval package. The graphic designer communicates information about the approval, as well as a required date for the image material to be approved, directly to the participants via the approval package.


 

Overview of the approval package


All participants can open the approval package with the images. With the marking tools provided by the "Comments" feature, correction requests are entered for each image. A comment thread allows you to discuss comments with one another. Finally, each participant confirms the final approval of the image material. In the participants’ status overview, you can see whether a participant has approved all images.
