Some 4ALLPORTAL modules support the display of objects in tile or list view in the main view.


You can toggle the view via an icon in the navigation bar above the main view.

Tile View

The primary use of the tile view is providing a preview of an object. The filename is the only metadata displayed, although this can be customized according to the customers need. The tile view also displays color- and star-markings as well as comments. The tile view also allows to zoom in or out the size of the tiles.

List View

The primary use of the list view is displaying metadata of an object. Per default the fields shown below are displayed. This view does not support zooming in or out.

Note: After closing and reopening the user session, tile view is displayed by default. If this is not the case, this behavior may have been customized for your organization.


1. Change View

Click the button to toggle between the tile view and the list view.


2. Zoom

Click the plus or minus button to change the size of the tile view.


 Note: After closing the user session and logging in again, the zoom will be reset to the default.
