In the “Profile” tab, you can manage your own user information / contact details yourself.


  1. Click on your “Username” to open the user menu.



  2. Click the “Profile” icon to open the Profile menu, which forms part of the Users module.

  3. You can edit the user details shown in the example.

    Note: The user name and the user’s role cannot be edited here and can only be changed by the System Administrator. 

  4. Click on the “Save” icon to execute any changes made.

1. Save Changes

Click the “Save” icon to save the changes you’ve made.

The “Save” icon will be deactivated until you make changes.


2. Reset Changes

Click the “Reset” icon to reset your changes and return to the most recent save state.

The “Reset” icon will be deactivated until you make changes.


3. Profile Picture

Having a profile picture will make you more recognizable to other 4ALLPORTAL users. Users can see your profile picture in your contact entry and in collections you’ve created. Only registered 4ALLPORTAL users can see your profile picture.


4. Upload/Edit/Delete Profile Picture



You can assign, edit, or delete a profile picture.

As soon as you hover the cursor over the profile picture, two icons will appear: one for an image upload, and one to delete your profile picture.



4.1 Add or Change Profile Picture

Click the “Cloud” icon to open a window to upload a profile picture from your computer.



To upload an image file, drag & drop the image from your computer into the box displayed. Alternatively, click on the “Select file here” button. You can only upload one profile picture.

If the upload is successful, the window will display a thumbnail preview of the image.


Click the “Yes, add image” button to complete the operation.


You may need to log out of your user session and log in again in order to see your new profile picture properly displayed. You do not need to click the “Save” icon.


4.2 Delete Profile Picture

Click the “Trash can” icon to delete the profile picture.

It will no longer be displayed for other users. Your profile picture will be replaced by a button with your initials.


You may need to log out of your user session and log in again in order to ensure that your profile picture is removed for good. You do not need to click the “Save” icon.



5. Manage User Data

You can manage your own user data yourself.


Clicking on a field will enable you to edit its content.

Once finished editing, confirm your changes by clicking the “Save” icon in the toolbox.
