Mega Menu and Spaces

The mega menu allows you to navigate to various sections of 4ALLPORTAL. It contains all available modules, which are grouped into module groups known as "spaces".

The mega menu is usually customized for your organization. Modules and spaces are defined for each user role. Users with user role "Marketing Department" may see different modules than users with user role "Product Manager", because these users only have access to the modules that are relevant to them.

For further information about the modules available to you, please contact your company’s 4ALLPORTAL manager.

1. Open and Close

Click the button to open the mega menu.

Click the  button to close the mega menu.

2. Spaces

Displays the space that a module is grouped into.

3. Modules

Shows the available modules in each space. The mega menu is available in every menu for navigation purposes.

A click on an icon will open the respective module.

4. Current Space

Shows the available modules in a space. Click a module to navigate to it.

In this example, a module from space "Digital Asset Management" is open.

5. Module Bar

Shows the available modules in a space. Click a module to navigate to it.

The orange line indicates the module currently open.
