Delete Contact

Delete a personal contact in the Contacts module.

1. Open the Contacts module.
   
   
2. Select the checkbox(es) of one or more contacts that you wish to delete.
   
   
3. The toolbox now displays the "delete" icon.
   
   
4. Clicking the "delete" icon will permanently delete the contact.
   

Note:  You cannot delete contacts that are 4ALLPORTAL users. If you select a user’s contact, the toolbox will not display the "delete" icon. If you select multiple contacts and at least one of them is a user, the "delete" icon will not be displayed either.

1. Select Contact

Click the checkbox to select a contact.

2. Delete

Click the "delete" icon to permanently delete selected contacts.

Please note the information above about deleting 4ALLPORTAL user contacts.

Note: You may not have the user permissions necessary to delete contacts. If this is the case, the "delete" icon will not be displayed. Please contact your company’s IT administrator.
