Detail View – Companies

The detail view displays the contents of a company contact. You can edit or delete company information via the detail view.

1. Information About the Company

Displays information about the company in question.

You can edit the company information fields depending on your available user permissions.

Note: This example shows the default fields in 4ALLPORTAL. Depending on your user permissions or the way your portal is customized, you may see different fields.

2. Profile Picture

Having a profile picture will make you more recognizable to other 4ALLPORTAL users. Users can see the profile picture for your company entry. Only registered 4ALLPORTAL users can see the profile picture.

3. Upload/Edit/Delete Profile Picture

You can assign, edit, or delete a profile picture.

As soon as you hover the cursor over the profile picture, two icons will appear: one to upload and one to delete the profile picture.

Add or Edit Profile Picture

Click the cloud icon to open a window to upload a profile picture from your computer.

To upload an image file, drag & drop the image from your computer into the box displayed. Alternatively, you can click the "Select file here" button. You can only upload one profile picture.

If the upload is successful, the window will display a thumbnail preview of the image.

Click the "Yes, add image" button to complete the operation.

You may need to log out of your user session and log in again in order to see your new profile picture properly displayed. You do not need to click the save icon.

Delete Profile Picture

Click the trash can icon to delete the profile picture.

It will no longer be displayed for other users. Your profile picture will be replaced by a button with your initials.

You may need to log out of your user session and log in again in order to completely remove your profile picture. You do not need to click the save icon.
